Our 9×0.6mm Machine Grade PET Strapping Band​ is a lightweight yet reliable polyester strapping solution engineered for high-speed automated strapping systems. Each roll weighs 20KG​ and is manufactured from 100% virgin polyester through precision extrusion, delivering consistent thickness (0.6mm ±0.02mm) and width (9mm ±0.1mm) for smooth feed through electric and pneumatic strapping tools.

The embossed surface texture​ increases friction between the strap and the buckle/seal, preventing slippage under vibration while allowing the strap to absorb high dynamic impact during transport. With a breaking strength of approx. 200–250 KG​ and an elongation at break of 12–15%, this PET strap offers excellent recovery—maintaining tension on loads that settle or shift. Unlike steel strapping, it will not rust, stain or cause sharp-edge injuries, and it is fully recyclable.

Widely used for bundling aluminum profiles, PVC pipes, cartons, light pallets, timber, and coiled products, our 9×0.6mm PET strap is a cost-effective alternative to 11mm or 12mm steel straps in light-duty applications. Every roll is export-packed with moisture-proof wrapping and reinforced cartons to withstand long sea freight. Available in green, black or transparent, with custom printing (logo, brand name) on request.
