Paper Slip Sheets—also known as kraft slip sheets or cardboard slip sheets—are an economical, sustainable alternative to traditional wooden and plastic pallets. Manufactured from multiple plies of high-strength extensible kraft paper, these thin, lightweight sheets enable efficient unit-load handling without the bulk, weight and cost of pallets.
Each slip sheet features a lip (tab) on one or more sides, allowing a push-pull forklift attachment to grip, pull and transport unitized cargo—cartons, bags, or stretch-wrapped loads. By eliminating pallets, you reclaim up to 90% of empty storage and shipping space, drastically reduce tare weight, and avoid ISPM-15 fumigation requirements entirely. Unlike plastic slip sheets, paper variants are fully biodegradable and curbside-recyclable, making them the preferred choice for brands with strict sustainability mandates. While generally single-use, they can withstand multiple intra-facility moves in dry conditions.
